7- Day Weight and Cardio Training Log (PDF)

Daily sleep and weight are assessed. Exercise slots include 1 RM, weight, reps, and sets used. The cardio section includes time, distance, and intensity components.

Weight, bodyfat, goals, and sleep are all logged. Weight training section includes type, sets , reps, and rest periods. Cardiovascular exercise is assessed as well.




Diet Logs:


3- Day Food and Water Tracker Log (Excel)

Guide includes water and food intake including amount, calories, type, time, and fat percentage. An activity summary for each day is also supplied.


Daily Food and Mood Tracker Log (PDF)

A good daily log tracking water and food intake which takes into account your moods throughout the day and times when you eat to allow for a recognizable pattern to be corrected.



Exercise + Diet Logs:

7-Day Exercise and Diet Log (PDF)

All 7 days on one sheet with 6 meal times slots to enter food consumed. At the end of each day a total calories slot is made available. The activity portion has activity type, duration, and calories burned for each day.



Daily Exercise and Diet Log w/ Measurements (Word)

A daily log with 12 exercise slots and 3 sets, weights used, rest, and reps spaces included. Cardio section with type and time components. Diet section has 6 meal slots with type, amount, and percent makeup of each food. Measurement area has spaces for 6 key body parts for measuring weight loss (or muscle gain).

A good log to combine with another as this measures your overall performance for the week. Weight, bodyfat, goals, and sleep are all logged. Strength Training, Cardio, and Diet sections are all available to measure time, type, and calories burned. A self assessing overall rating is at the end.
